We were arriving late and Rising Tides Properties accomodated our late arrival and made everything very quick and easy for us. The condo was clean with a great view. The Murphy bed also worked well for us. The location was great as well. We enjoyed our stay and will be looking to book with Rising Tides Properties in the future.

I love staying at Waters Edge and love Rising Tide Properties. This was my second experience with them and they are always welcoming and ready to help in any way.
