Well when we check in we paid online and when we check in they want a 100 deposit I lucky had it on me and the room smells musky and the water temp wasn't really hot but the pool was nice and the bed was comfortable.

I had to request to be moved twice in order to find adequate accommodations. The Staff was friendly and accommodating, however, I couldn’t help but to think that I was offered unsuitable rooms because I was an Expedia member.

The staff of the building we're okay.We got to our room immediately.Smell like mold. Upon entering the room, look very nice.In regards to the remodel slash decor. As soon as you step in the floor was boggy, multiple places throughout the room, as if there was water damage underneath and they improperly corrected it. Multiple people smoking outside on the balconies and hallway, the smell of smoke coming through the air conditioner. Outlet, next to the sink wasn't properly installed.So as soon as you go to turn on or turn off a switch, it pushed into the wall like there was no screw installed. The bathroom shower was very nice, except it didn't have any shampoo or conditioner and the door was installed backwards, so he had to squeeze between the door and the toilet to get into the shower

Well first off I was charged in full 2 full days before my stay instead of paying at the site like I wanted. When I called to ask why the front desk person was rude! Then after traveling 10+ hours I was informed that I needed to pay a deposit that was not disclosed when I paid the rooms in full! After we had to go down to the front desk 3 times because our room key didnt work (we had multiple) the room floors were full of sand and dirt, my feet were black after walking from bathroom to bed. The bed sheets were not clean, each room and in each bed the sheets had sand and dirt from the previous people. Showers were dirty, one had dirt on shower floor, one had hair all over side. I can understand why the place has 2.5 Stars. Next time I come to Myrtle Beach I will definitely do my homework first.

Property had a great location and pricing for what you got, and Lindsey was a great desk clerk as we checked in and out. Unfortunately, the bedding had brown stains on the white sheets. You could hear every door slam around you until 3am. The outdoor hall lighting was so bright, it looked like it was daytime even though it was very late. You can tell this hotel needs some remodeling.

The lady that checked us in was wonderful. That was the only bright spot. The room was tiny and gross. Nobody cleaned the room either. They replaced 1 towel and stole my earbuds. The rest of the room was untouched. They didn't even change the trash. The breakfast was inedible and not ready at the designated time. The refrigerated food was expired. The "coffee" was light brown water. The bathroom was so tiny and disgusting. The morning front desk clerk was disheveled and unprofessional.
