Not what I expected
There was a horrible smell as soon as you walked in the door. The sofa and chair had brown stains all over them. The front of the refrigerator had rust and some kind of brown stuff all over the front of it. The unit was not clean, I cleaned it myself hoping the smell would go away, but no luck. There were random brown and black spots on the walls. I ended up getting my money back and staying somewhere else. Totally disappointed.

The place was not very clean, the linens and the kitchen utensils were dirty. I hope that changes because overall the area was beautiful! we enjoyed staying there perhaps the clean up we had to do.

First family trip
First time taking my family here. I had been here a lot as a kid myself. Kids 6 and 4 had a blast in lazy river and splash pad area. Only down fall was we did see a roach in the hot tub area and one in our room on our last day. We will be coming back to this resort again!
