    The management was rude and unprofessional upon check in. Disclosed room number to other guests in lobby. Argued they were trained in this way. Room was dirty. Stained shower, vanity and sheets. Dirty base boards. Management stated room was cleaned. Air conditioner blew hot air. Barely slept. They should remove “QUALITY “ from their name. Pool looked nice. I did not go in.

    I did not appreciate after paying for everything online that there was a $100 deposit put on you at check in. It was absolutely unprofessional. When I got into my room there was a hole in the bathroom door and hair in the corner of the shower... the AC wouldn't turn up. The beds were hard as a rock. The outside fountain in the pictures does not exist that is just a empty brown pool with rocks and the pool is nice. Breakfast horrible... won't stay here again.

    I come to Pawleys island 3-4 times a year and have been staying at this location for about 7 years and have not had any issues. However this year, there has been such a decline.

    I was trying to save money and although this was not cheap, 138, it was the cheapest around with a free breakfast. The breakfast was only, bagels, bread, oatmeal, cereal, and yogurt. Not carb friendly. Look somewhere else
