horrible experience for me and my family. Staff seemed overwhelmed when we arrived a couple hours early for early check in (we called day before and they said shouldn't be a problem to arrive at 1pm and we did). The front receptionist had to go personally find a pet friendly room that would be ready. She grabbed a can of clorox wipes on her way to "approve" a room that was supposed to be ready. Once in the room, there was dog pee in the corner of the bathroom and a very strong chemical cleaning smell. my dog dribbled some water from her water bowl and when I went to wipe it up, the paper towel was filthy. I wiped a few other random spots on the floor and all were disgusting. There was a large toe nail clipping on the open shelf by the hair dryer, the bed frame was all chewed up, and it also felt like the bed frame was cracked because it would sag heavily when we laid down. The tv remote did not work properly and we could hear our neighbors watching a sports game until about 11pm. the hallways were noisy, walls are paper thin. walking down the hallway we could hear the staff screaming at each other. We ended up checking out early because we couldn't stand staying another night. We were very busy on this trip and did not have time to move or search for a different hotel . We literally just needed it to sleep at night and I would not even recommend it for that.
