Loved the location and the amenities, the facility staff was very good, and public areas were always clear. The actual unit looked good in the photos, but, up close, the backsplash and countertops were actually contact paper that was peeling off and was poorly taped up to try to hold it on. Furniture was cheap quality, bed was hard, small washer/dryer very noisy. Would stay at Harbourgate again, just not this unit.

There was not any property staff. I had help from another person staying there on how to get the people on the phone to get our room. It took us two hours to get it. The people that live on property were bossy and told us the rules. There was nothing telling us the rules of the property. I definitely will not stay there again. Was very disappointed. Would not recommend this property.

Overall, I rate my stay a 3.5. The facility is very outdated. The refrigerator in my room had rust on the exterior and interior of it, which made it very difficult for me to use. The chairs in the living room area didn't look clean, I'm not sure if it was because they were so worn and outdated or they were also too dingy in color. I never even sat in that space. There was one lamp in that same area that was extremely rusted/burnt, I am not sure. I didn't it was sore to the eyes, so I didn't even do a close up to confirm. I wasn't comfortable at all in my room, the look wasn't appealing at all. The chairs and table on the balcony were very dirty and inexpensive, and not sturdy. I spent less time as possible on the property and my room for the duration of my vacation.
