Beautiful well maintained room. Nice view.

Of the three properties I rented to bring our married children and grandchildren on a vacation this was the nicest. But also the one requiring extra trips to check in and check out. Others had coded touch pads to enter. Much easier for late arrivals and early departures. No keys to loose.

The unit was nice, however the quit on bed had blood stains, I called day one to report it, however, nobody showed up the entire stay to remove it from the unit. Carpet had stains in LR/Bdrm.

Check in and out process was a little outdated. We had to go to a separate physical location to pickup and drop off keys. This was a little inconvenient. I received a call before we arrived that our condo was ready. When we arrived (after 3pm), there was a person in the room stating she was checking to make sure the shower was clean. After she left, the linen arrived and we had to make our own beds and put up our own towels. This was unexpected. The air conditioning is loud and left a musty smell. The condo is closer to the beach than expected. We had an overall great time.

Fun times, nice condo

The condo we stayed in was very nice. We have been going to the same area of Myrtle Beach for many years. This was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. The cleaning company could have done a little better job in the cleanup from the last rental. The property management company was ok, communication methods via text and voicemail was a nice feature.
