Absolutely Amazing

Magnolia is truly a wonderful place to stay! Check in was super easy as well as checking out! The view was absolutely priceless!! The house was clean, and we felt right at home. We would definitely love to stay there again.. and would suggest this place to anyone.

The property is relatively new, beautiful, and well-appointed. The location is outstanding, with beach on one side of the house and a deepwater creek on the other side. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Small, Dog hair everywhere, Horrible Pots and pans and no gas Grill!! @10K/ week over priced!

Pawleys island is great. This home is beautiful but the details and amenities are lacking for $$,$$$.$$ a week. The house was full of dog hair and they don't allow pets?? if your allergic BEWARE! They have first class electronics with little to no instruction to operate them. After we got the right remotes in the right rooms we got them to work. They need instructions in the elavator on how to operate. The kitchen gear is right from the thrift store. if you enjoy cooking this house is all wrong for you.Bring your own pots and pans utensils and your gas grill.(they provide a 80's charcoal grill) The bathroom on the first floor is shared with the first floor bed room.. Awkward!! There 2 full size beds, they are not all queens. We also ordered the linen package and didn't all of our sheets. We called Saturday afternoon and didn't get our sheets till Monday afternoon. Oh the washer also fails every forth cycle. it's a very beautiful place with some kinks that need worked out for 10K/week. You can tell the owners put a lot of hard work into the design and decor. We made some GREAT family memories in this house and hopefully they will correct the problems listed.

BEAUTIFUL HOME!

I have never been to Pawley's Island. I was invited here for my son's wedding via my daughter-in-law's request; the island has a special spot in her heart. What a beautiful place and what a spectacular home! If looks were not enough; all the pictures of the home are an understatement. Home was immaculate- very important to me. The location was right on the beach and intercostal. Ease of entry was simple. My only negative which if you know what you are signing up for would not be considered one is all the bedrooms had queen or double beds. At least 2 if not 3 rooms could have King beds. I would definitely rent this house again. One of the best houses on the island for sure!

Perfect vacation place to stay!

This place has everything you need and could ever wish for in a beach house! This was our 48th year at Pawleys and by far the nicest property we have stayed at. We had a couple questions for the owner when we got there and they responded right away and it was smooth sailing the entire time! Sonos sound system was really nice to have access to - thanks! Beds and furniture were very comfortable, outdoor shower and plenty of water outlets for cleaning your feet, awesome dock in the back bay, plenty of parking and the elevator was a used all the time! We renewed already for next year!

Lovely Place - But a couple of minor problems

We were four couples staying for a long weekend. We arrived at the house to find it very clean and just as pictured. The place is lovely and has many wonderful features. We especially enjoyed having a wine fridge to hold our wine. Unfortunately, the elevator didn't work and we were advised to avoid it. As the house has quite a lot of steps, this was more than a minor convenience unloading our gear into the rooms upstairs. But more than that, the elevator beeped loudly until we finally had to turn off the breaker. All in all, none of this was a huge problem, but beware if you have trouble carrying your suitcase up 30 or so stairs. The bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely and nicely appointed. But the double beds in two of the rooms were a bit small for adult couples.

Hands down, the most beautiful property on all of Pawleys - I'm forever spoiled.

First things first: the photos of this property are absolutely spot on. If anything, this home is even more beautiful in person - and I didn't think that was possible! New construction is a beautiful thing. Everything about this home is top notch and spectacular, from the true foodie's gourmet kitchen (complete with warming drawer!) and beautiful interior design to the thoughtful amenities and breathtaking views. Speaking of which, there are views from EVERY side of this home - and it's designed to maximize those views. The four bedrooms are beautifully furnished, and while no two are alike, they are equal in size. Finally! A home that doesn't have a massive master suite and small guest bedrooms with shared bathrooms. This is a home that four couples can share without having to draw straws for the "best" bedroom - every one is en suite and beautifully appointed. I could go on and on about this home, but probably the best thing I can tell you is this: if you have the chance, stay at this house. Don't think twice. You will never want to leave. (And if you're like me, you'll wish your own home were as beautiful.) Forever spoiled!
