The room had no soap or coffee. No remote for the tv. Beds were overused and slouchy. The room didnt get cool and smelled musty. Air vents on air conditioner were moldy. One air conditioner control panel was broken. Pillows were lumpy. We will not be back to this property.

I wish the pictures actually looked like the property or else I wouldn’t have booked. I payed extra for a balcony room just for them to say we can’t open our balcony sliding doors. When I arrived there were no towels in our room, no tv and bad lighting unless I opened the shade which I was trying not to since we weren’t aloud to use or balcony door anyways. The good part is the front desk lady’s were nice that’s about it.

Yuck!

The hotel was dirty inside and out the elevators didn’t work. The Wi-Fi didn’t work so the television didn’t work as well. The people at the front desk we’re not accommodating. The hotel did not look like the pictures on the site.

Nightmare in Myrtle beach

Bed full of sand, floor sand booked Oceanfront which was 2 blocks from check in office. Had no towels, no room phone, no tv. Had to drive back 2 blocks said they would come and move us next door nobody ever showed up now my3rd trip to officce told me to report it to hotels.com So my option was to move to another building a block away on the 5th floor. Pack up moved that tv didn't work and no hot water COLD ridiculous, no phone no maintenance staff. So after no one answered hotels.com hotels offered 30 dollars not back to me but in rewards not impressed. I am platinum but it doesn't matter

I am complaining about everything. The pictures is the rooms did not match anything like what we stayed in. Payed for oceanfront view didn't get that, no towels, tp, no tv. No wifi. Lights didn't work fridge didn't work. Daily house keeping never happened. Asked for towels and tp multiple times.. never received them. Have disabled children that depend on wifi to keep them calm with disability tablet but didn't have. Which put them into melt down. Had other previous hotel guests personal hygiene items left in shower and bathroom. No ice in the ice machine. Pubic hairs on floor. Held captive due too couldn't afford to stay in another hotel. Drive 15 hours for family Vaca and couldn't enjoy it due to this. Made everyone irritable, unsafe feeling due to yelling outside or rooms late at night early morning, and sketchy looking people going in and out of multiple hotel rooms. Didn't look like they were staying in the hotel as customer. Lol was dirty green looking so never used it. Toilet keep over flowing in one of the rooms. Etc etci would like a refund because this made my trip with my family a lot less enjoyable and spent a lot of money that was saved up for a great time with my children and parents on my dad's birthday week. It was an experience they won't forget in a BAD WAY :(please refund my stay. I will never ever stay in this hotel again. Nor recommend it!!

The elevator was broken. The room was filthy. No TV no Wi-Fi no phone. No towels or soap shampoo etc. had a coffee pot but no coffee. Dog food in the floor and napkins covered in blood behind the bed. Hair in the tub. It was horrible. And for over $200 a night. It was supposed to be rated 10 out of 10. They put us on the top floor and no elevator! It was the worst experience ever! But at least the ocean was near!!

I paid for ocean view, was given 6th floor, no working elevator so they changed it to the 5th floor. I asked for a different room and they told me to ask Expedia for refund of the room I paid for. they were going to charge me to change my room. That is unacceptable, I can not do stairs to the 5th floor! I left and came back later, different lady at the front desk, and she gave me the same room options, 5th or 6ht floor, no elevator, no internet. Then gave me a different room, no soaps, shampoo, tissue, room was not clean, etc. Too many complaints to list here. I paid for ocean view, did not receive it. I am very dissatisfied. Smoke alarm not on the wall, was in a drawer.

Everything was a lie. I was supposed to have a private balcony didn't happen. I was supposed to have a ocean view didn't happen. Had mold in the room, there was water dripping from ceilings and walls, there was no bed in on the pull out bed. The maintenance man were on drugs. The room didn't have a TV. I've been to this hotel in the past about 4 years ago it was nothing like it is now it should be shut down.

We got to our first room to find there was no tv on the wall. They moved us to another room and when we pulled out the couch the mattress has multiple blood stains. There were spiders all over and the reeked reeked of cigarettes. We left immediately.

All but one pool was shut down by myrtle beach health department. The pools are green and black, full of leaves. Half the hotels on the property are shut down and deteriorating. Addicts and prostitutes around the hotel. Unclean rooms, my microwave was flashing a number when i walked in to the room. I opened it and there was white stuff all in the bottom. Theres no towels or toiletries in the room. They have a coffee machine in the room but dont offer coffee or cups. The staff had no knowledge of anything other the how to check you in or out. They cant provide anyone with a refund or comp anything. They dont know how and good luck getting anything from front desk. It took me over 3 hours to get towels to shower. It took over an hour to get my room. Which still wasnt ready so i had to settle for a resortview instead of the oceanfront view which i booked. I fel scammed by this place especially since they're using a fake name.this is reall the sea mist, palette that youre booking. Do yourself a favor and cancel now before you're unable to get a refund!

This place is a joke! Never will I be back. There is no motel/hotel with the name Capital O. The pictures are misleading, rooms were dirty, had to be switched three times, no linens, no toilet paper. TVs dont work, no fridge as advertised, bugs and noisy. Very scary. Took 2 hours to locate front desk office. Had to park two blocks away and walk with luggage to room. So much!! Avoid area!!

I’ll just sum it all up and say DONT STAY HERE!! I’ll never come back to this property ever! Been here a week and no housekeeper came to clean my room, there’s no ice machine/ no vending machines, no clean towels/ no hotel phones, I was giving 2 hand towels(one of the hand towels had a big whole in the center) and 2 wash clothes for 7 days? Shaking my head terrible my room didn’t have a tv, no refrigerator and took 2 days to get one, no hot water to shower, rude management, pools were very dirty, every time I went to the lobby to complain someone was always in there complaining about something being wrong with there room, this ruined my vacation and it was my first time here in Myrtle Beach
