Loved the Lazy River. Liked that it was undercover no worry about sunburn. Beautiful view from our balcony of the beach and ocean. We saw a wedding in progress. Could not get into our suite. The combination we were given did not work. We called a cell number and was given another combination that did work. This hapoen 3 times during our week stay. Most definitely did not like being locked out of our suite.

I have complained and complained and complained to everyone possible about this already, but I really feel robbed by this host. Check in was a nightmare that took over an hour and the next day my family and I were locked out of our hotel room all day til around 1 o'clock , we stayed at the beach that morning but by 11 everyone needed in the room and we had a day planned and only the next day left for our vacation. This being the only vacation I could scrape up to reward my 3 kids completely school, it was just such a bummer especially not receiving any communication ever with the host.

The first room we were put in had broken AC. They knew and still put me in it. Then did Not wanna refund saying I didn't report it. I didn't need to they had a repair men coming in while I'm in there. Finally got a new room 2nd day in and a small refund last day. It took a lot of time from my mother daughter trip and ruined our vacation. The ocean access and pool area were awesome though. If your short and young looking be prepared to be asked your age for the hot tub.
