The parking situation for check in is atrocious with no outlet and jammed into a small area. If you're driving anything larger than a sedan for this process, good luck. I also did not care for having to park across the street in a parking garage as a single female traveller, it felt unsafe. Valet would have been nice. Justin, who heped me to my room was very pleasant. I ordered room service, the service was fast and friendly by Elliott, however the food was lacking. The toilet ran and the tub had a steady stream all night (I didn't report because I was only there for 1 night and didn't want to be disturbed). The view was wonderful.

1. The entire floor smelled like marijuana. 2. The lights in the bathroom didn’t work. 3. The internet wouldn’t connect to the television. And yes, it was a smart television. 4. The carpet was a bit tattered. 5. The staff knew nothing about any of the Gold level Expedia benefits.
