THE CONDO
Settle into a bright, spacious Margate Deluxe Suite, where large windows and sliding glass doors fill the open living area with natural light. From the 9th floor, your private balcony offers panoramic Atlantic Ocean and city skyline views—an inviting setting for morning coffee and sunrise watching. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

• Kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, cooking basics, children’s dinnerware, and dining table
• Convenience: free Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and heating, free in-unit washer and dryer, iron, room-darkening shades, and ample clothing storage

• Bedroom 1 (primary): king-sized bed, room-darkening shades, dresser, closet, and private entrance to Bathroom 1
• Bedroom 2: queen-sized bed, dresser, closet, private ocean-view balcony, and direct access to Bathroom 2
• Bedroom 3: queen-sized bed, dresser, closet, and private access to Bathroom 2
• Bedroom 4: two queen-sized beds, dresser, and closet

Bathrooms:
• Bathroom 1: private full bath off Bedroom 1 with a jacuzzi tub, separate walk-in shower, and double vanity
• Bathroom 2: full Jack-and-Jill bath shared by Bedrooms 2 and 3, with vanity, sink, and tub/shower combination
• Bathroom 3: walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity

A starter set of shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, essentials, and linens is provided.

Rental Agreement & Damage Protection:
To help protect both our guests and property owners, we use the secure CHARGEautomation platform to complete the required rental agreement and damage protection process. Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-refundable $100 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-free stay for everyone.

THE RESORT
You will have full, private access to the entire 9th-floor condo and its private balcony. Self check-in is available via keypad, and the building has elevator access.

Your stay includes access to the resort’s direct beachfront access, shared outdoor swimming pools, and shared hot tub. Free on-site parking is included for two vehicles in the resort’s designated parking area.

Please note: this is a private rental. Guests may access only the pools, hot tub, and direct beach access; all other building amenities are exclusively for residents.

INTERACTION WITH HOST
This is a private rental, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay. The host will not be present on-site but is available remotely for any questions or assistance you may need.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in the exclusive Kingston Plantation area of Myrtle Beach, Margate Tower offers a quieter upscale beachfront experience while still being close to top attractions, dining, golf, and entertainment. Guests enjoy direct beach access, beautifully maintained grounds, walking paths, nearby restaurants, and easy access to shopping and attractions like Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Tanger Outlets, and Restaurant Row. The area is known for wide beaches, family-friendly activities, golf courses, and relaxing coastal vibes perfect for both couples and families.

GETTING AROUND
Margate Tower is conveniently located with easy access to Highway 17 and major Myrtle Beach attractions. Most guests choose to drive, but rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area. Free parking is available at the resort for registered guests. Nearby attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses, and shopping centers are only a short drive away. The Myrtle Beach International Airport is approximately 20 minutes from the resort. Walking the beach and surrounding Kingston Plantation paths is also a great way to explore the area and enjoy the oceanfront scenery.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
The condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guest stays. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags is provided to help you settle in; cleaning is also available during your stay.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided, but may be rented seasonally from lifeguards on the beach. Extended stays are welcome, with discounts available for weekly or monthly bookings.

We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our spacious 4-bedroom 3-bathroom condo in Myrtle Beach. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed within 1-hour of booking.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available. A $500 fee will be assessed to refresh the property if evidence of smoking is found.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. There is an additional cleaning fee of $500 that will be assessed if pets inhabit the unit during your stay as outlined in the rental agreement.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 10. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy of 10 without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent before arrival
