The room was clean and neat. Obviously the hotel is dated and could use a facelift, but overall it was great! Ease of access to the beach was great, getting in and out of the hotel was good, parking across the street was easy. There was dishes, glassware, pots and pans, baking sheet, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, can opener. A glass mixing bowl and just enough room to make a few easy meals for a leaner budget minded vacationer. Fridge and stove was clean although a bit dated they worked fine. Bathroom is clean and a bit small but functional with a decent shower. The personal care products are nice as well as the bath linens. 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels are also provided as well as a sponge and dish soap. The beds are a bit firm but not bad, some people like that. The pillows are soft and comfy. The pools and hot tubs are ok, lazy river is small but functional. Area was tidy but aged and could be updated. Pool side bar was ok, the bartender who was very nice was experiencing issues with the electric. Drinks were good but expensive. Everyone was friendly and helpful.Checking in was ok, not a large area to drop luggage off so be prepared to wait or just park and hope you have luggage with wheels to transport inside. Not a long wait for the elevator.
