Sejour vraiment chouette en plein cœur de mykonos town. Ancien port à proximité avec depart pour delos ou seabus pour le nouveau port(départ ferry). Pas besoin de voiture, tout à proximité . Emplacement superbe, personnel adorable et prévenant. Légèrement bruyant mais comme partout dans mykonos le soir.

Great apartments middle in the centre of Mykonos town but still quiet. Clean, good air con and fan plus a very nice view from the terrace. Having stayed at many other places in Mykonos this is great value for money! Communication with the owner was fast and efficient.

Great location!!!! Walking distance to all sorts of restaurants and shops. Lorraine and Stelios were amazing hostesses. I was worried to have to walk around with our luggage looking for the place like I saw other people totally lost looking for their hotels, but Lorraine went out of her way to have me tell our taxi driver to drop us off at a certain spot so that Stelios could come meet us and help us out so we wouldn't get lost. Our time in Mykonos was wonderful and staying at Eleanna's was a huge part of our wonderful experience!!! I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again if I was to go back to Mykonos.

宿泊直前に、シャワー付の部屋が使えるという隣のホテルへの無料アップグレードを持ちかけられた。 アップグレードを希望したが、指示されたホテルになんとか行ってみると（地図などは送られて来なかったため）、確かにシャワーはあるがアップグレードしたとは思えない部屋。 調べてみると星ひとつのホテル・カルボーニKarboniだった（エレアナズは星ふたつ）。明らかなダウングレード。 チェックイン後に様子を見に来たスタッフに苦情を告げ、またその後、メールでエレアナズへの変更もしくは返金を求めるメールを送っても返信は来ず。 変更後のホテルの情報（地図など）も、ミコノス島を後にした頃にくる始末。 （メール返信が遅かったのは、エクスペディアのシステムの問題かもしれないが、そこはわからない。） ミコノス島の宿についてはがっかりでしかない。

Llegamos a las 10:30h y me dijeron que volviera a las 12:30h y ya tendrían preparada la habitación. Cuando volví, me comentaron que la habitación que había reservado tenía baño compartido y me ofrecieron la opción de tenerla con baño privado. Dije que sí y nos llevaron al hotel Karboni (a 1 minuto de allí y de 1 estrella), donde me ofrecían una habitación maltrecha y pequeña. Reclamé y me dijeron que es que habían tenido un problema (no quisieron decirme cuál) con la habitación de Eleanna's que YA HABÍA PAGADO y que no podía hospedarme allí. Me volvieron a llevar al hotel Karboni y me dieron una habitación con mejores condiciones pero nada que ver con lo que había reservado y pagado. Incluso al día siguiente nos dimos cuenta que la habitación tenía hormigas en algunas partes. En definitiva, un engaño total y una mala experiencia vivida.

Déception par rapport à la description

La salle de bain est partagée avec d'autres chambres et est dehors. La chambre ne dépasse pas les 9m², on trouve des cafards dans la salle de bain. Heureusement que c'était que pour une nuit et que nous avons passé une partie de la nuit à profiter de l'île.
