The apartment features 2 bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests.
The main room includes a queen-size bed and a single bed, suitable for 3 guests, along with a spacious wardrobe and desk. The smaller room offers a full-size bed (140x200cm) for 2 guests, as well as a wardrobe and desk. In addition, the kitchen includes a sofa bed for 1 guest and is fully equipped with pots, saucepans, a microwave, toaster, Italian moka coffee machine, American-style coffee machine (instant coffee, not capsules), blender, and tupperware for food storage. There is one bathroom with a shower, and if needed, there is an additional service bathroom located inside the garage.

• Parking inside the property (one car only with covered parking inside the garage and the other outside – but still, inside the gated property)

Notes:
The apartment is brand new and beautifully decorated. However, there are 3 points I would like to mention to ensure you are fully informed before making your decision:
1. The apartment is situated near a provincial road. While it is not heavily trafficked, there may be some car noises in the early morning, which may not be ideal for those seeking complete quiet at night. I do provide ear plugs for your convenience.
2. The gate of the house is not very wide, which may pose a slight inconvenience for larger vehicles. Although I have had large delivery trucks access the property, I wanted to highlight this to prevent any potential issues. 😊
3. Please note that a guest resides full time on the first floor and he will access his apartment through the garage. The washer and dryer, located in the garage, are shared.
