Very clean, very helpful front desk people day and night. Pet friendly for our little guy, Koda. Room was nice and clean. Only ate breakfast one morning but everything was there for the taking.

Not a place I will return

Our room was not that clean. The bathroom floors were marked, and unclean in the corners and under the vanity. The bathroom also had gnats flying around, so our personal items could not be left out. I found a web with dead gnats near a square item plugged into the wall behind the door. I assumed it was an insect repellent, but turned out to be a nightlight. This was the only outlet in the bathroom, and was not only connected to a web of dead gnats, it was not convenient to use at the mirror. The room also had water on the floor that appeared to have leaked from the refrigerator. When I called the front desk, woman offered me extra towels. All was not bad. Outside of our room, the breakfast was good and the one person staff was great. She was attentive and very busy keeping food sources full, cleaning and emptying trash, all the while with a smile and friendly attitude. I asked to check out and get a refund on the first night. Was told had to go through Hotels.com. Their website says to asked the hotel. We left a night early on prepaid stay.
