This apartment is an efficiency, but it feels roomier than most.
It includes all the necessities needed, such as bedding, linens, and housewares. It also includes a small sofa bed for added guests (apartment sleeps 2-4 total, please inquire regarding additional occupancy fees). It is centrally located and within a short walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and Muskegon's Famous Farmers Market.
Additional features: high efficiency ductless heating and air conditioning, gas stove/oven, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, K-Cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee, sugar, and cream. Please turn the heat back down to 64 degrees (or seasonal AC back to 74) and turn off all lights, fans, and tvs.
