Muskegon is a destination like no other, located on the shores of Lake Michigan with world class beaches. There is so much to do and see, beautiful sand dunes to the north, an amusement park with roller coasters and waterslides. Restaurants right on the beach and a downtown area with breweries, theaters, museums, and social districts. So much entertainment, with festivals throughout the year. This cottage has a great location to it all. If your looking for a place to relax and restore look no further!

Beautiful and remodeled for the 2023 season this waterfront cottage is located on all sports Mona Lake with Lake Michigan access. The cottage has over 2000 square feet of living area with 4 large waterfront bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one on each level. The downstairs bathroom has whirlpool Jacuzzi tub and custom glass block walk in shower, the upstair bathroom is located off the queen bedroom and has a standup tile shower. Relax in the outdoor sunken hot tub (open year round) and an additional 800 square feet of multi level decking with gorgeous panoramic views of lake!

Cottage also has a large fully-stocked kitchen, a laundry room with washer/dryer, free WiFi, a 2021 Bennington pontoon boat (available May 15th through Oct 25th, Mona Lake use only), 2 kayaks and a canoe are included with the rental. Enjoy the lake with a waterside deck with attached dock. Enjoy the evenings making memories around the large fire pit and wood is provided. Bring your own boat if you wish the boat launch is just down the street.

Getaway Weekends also avail. from Labor Day to Memorial Day.

Wonderful Girls Getaway
We had a wonderful stay here for our girls getaway weekend! The house was very clean and so pretty. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, sit, relax. We opted out of the boat but the hot tub was perfect! Such a beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our long weekend on Mona Lake. The house was very well stocked and had every thing we needed. Kim the property manager was awesome and answered any question. We paid to rent the pontoon and loved cruising the lake but it needs more details in the description about the exact dates when the boat rental is extra! But we would definitely like to return in the future!

Great lake getaway house!
The house was wonderful, a definite 5 star house with a large open living area and plenty of sleeping spaces. Very clean and nicely decorated. Nice large gathering area in the kitchen. Everything we needed was there, all kitchen appliances and utensils etc. Fun to hang out on the deck or in the hot tub looking out over the lake . We opted to pay extra for use of the Pontoon boat provided which was fun to do leisurely trips around the lake. The only downside of the property was the many geese families often present on the back lawn with the landmine of their droppings to walk through, otherwise a full 5 star place. A suggestion would be to put fake plastic swans in the yard to keep the geese off the yard (that works by our subdivision pond). Thanks for the wonderful place and quick responses to any questions we had.

Great Stay!
My family visited for a long weekend due to my daughter’s dance competition in Fruitport. The home was clean, appeared as advertised, and had everything we needed (plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, etc). Communication from the hosts was excellent - clear, friendly, and timely. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and making s’mores on the fire pit by the lake. We’d definitely visit again!

Wow! This house was beautiful. Fully stocked with necessities. Amazing view of the lake. Close to the grocery store for last minute needs. Heated floors, comfy beds. My suggestions: • giving the person who booked a heads up before calling with details. Or giving them the option for a call or a detailed message/text. It isn't always easy to answer a phone. • A bath mat in front of the shower in the 1st floor bathroom. • Quick guide to the hot tub. We hope to be back again soon!

Great Gal Time at this Lake house!
It was a wonderful ladies weekend at this lake house. Unfortunately the weather was not the best but somehow sitting in the hot tub while raining makes up for it! The house was perfect for hanging out around the long counter/island with open concept into the livingroom. The boat was great to do a chilly ride around to check out the site. The beds were super comfy and the place was very clean. Would highly recommend!
