The bedding was clean. The carpet seemed dirty. Especially in the stairway and hallways. The toilet is too close to the bathroom door. The breakfast was just ok. Was way better two years ago!

I loved the size of my room. The bed was comfy. I loved how hot the hot tub was but not how gross the water was when the jets stopped, there was a standing scum on top. So i just went up to my room and spent the rest of my time there.

I am partially handicapped and was totally disappointed that the hotel did not have an elevator for the 2nd floor and you were sold out on the first level and I can see why, no one wants to carry luggage and other things up the stairs at the hotel, that is ridiculous. Breakfast was not very good and would not eat it and the TV had a very limited amount of channels, at least the TV in our room.

Most imortant tjing is NO ELEVATOR! We were on the 2nd floor and husband with bad knee had to climb stairs! When I asked about where the elevator was, the grntlman at the desk said they dont have one. When I told him my husband has a bad knee that he is getting ready to have surgery for.....he tells me oh...im sorry. Then get to the room....the toilet has no water in the tank. I turned the water valve on to fill the tank. Go back in about 1/2 hour later wither water on floor, coming fro. Water line on toilet! Wont stay here again!!!!

My family and I just stayed the night as it was just a quick get-a-way for us. We really enjoy the area and the hotel was lovely. It smelled so good in there and my 11 year old loves the pool! Our room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly.
