When it comes to age requirements all non-family groups chaperoned or non-chaperoned must all be at least 25 years of age or older. Beautiful House with perfect location

House was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. Short walk to the pier and small shops and cafes. You walk across the street and your on the beach. Owner was great to communicate with, answered all phone calls and questions almost immediately. Would highly recommend!!
