Pelican Landing- Oceanside Village

From the makers of one of your favorites, the Lazy Pelican, Beach Bird Properties brings you our sister home, Pelican Landing. Located within the lovely gated community of Oceanside Village. The famous warm, soft sand of Surfside Beach is less than a minute away, when you and your family take the provided golf cart to the private beach parking lot. While you're at the beach, enjoy The Conch Cafe for cocktails on the beach and lunch or dinner overlooking the beautiful landscape of Surfside Beach.
This nautical themed 3 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps six is just perfect for a family, couples, or a group of adults looking to get away. There is a full kitchen with all that is needed, including a BBQ grill, to make great meals. Amenities are numerous including an adult pool, children's pool, indoor pool (open all year round) and a play land water park! Every Wednesday during the summer months there is free ice cream. Friday's are grilled hot dog and hamburgers with chips and a choice of beverage at the pool. There are supervised children's activities the whole day, and on Tuesday nights there's a movie in the community center. Bocce ball, tennis, basketball, horse shoes, shuffle board, children's playground, and a baseball field. Come enjoy the beach, restaurants, golf, outlet shopping, or stay at home and enjoy all that is offered by this little slice of paradise. Take a break, relax and unwind ;). Outdoor areas are subject to home security monitoring. While this is not one of our "pet friendly" homes , we do not guarantee that it is pet free. Allergens may be present.

A Perfect Landing

Pelican Landing far exceeded our expectations! It is such a pretty house from landscape to inside decor. We felt welcomed the minute we entered. The corner location provided it all with a lake view, sun patio, cool breeze, and a screened porch. The owners have put care and thought into providing a quality experience. We are delighted to have found our new rental for annual OSV vacations!

Had the best vacation and experience staying at Pelican Landing! Everything you could possibly need is included in rental! Owners & property manager were amazing and very responsive. Very homey feeling and doesn't feel like you are in a vacation rental property. We already can't wait to book for next year (and our 1 year anniversary, as we got married in front of the Conch Cafe during our stay). Definitely the best vacation rental we have ever had, and that's saying a lot !

The house was nice almost fully stocked with the exception of towels and bath hand towels. The kitchen fully stocked. The bedrooms all had tvs with exceptional entertainment and Wi-Fi. Home away from home

All the comforts of home and so thoughtful. We arrived with a welcoming note and some yummy snacks after a long ride. Clean and beautifully decorated. Also a sweet touch with a little toiletries just in case you forgot something. Definitely worth staying at and close to all you could want to do and yummy foods
