Beat up house that needs a deep clean

Beat up house that needs a deep clean. Front door lock was about to fall off until I tightened with screwdriver. Door handle on fridge was about to fall off but screw was stripped and I could not fix. Sliding door tracks were filthy and didn't look like they had been cleaned in years. Door bases and door trim were filthy in many places including master door jamb that had dirt build up that was nasty since a/c return air was forced to exit bedroom around door casing because door was too tight to carpet. Sliding glass shower door in master bath was broken and second panel could not be moved. I could go on and on.

Dunes reality was very nice. We use Dunes all the time they usually have top notch rentals. This one slipped through the cracks. 4 out of 5 toilets either flushed slow, over flowed, or ran constantly. The ceilings have stains from all of the leaks from toilets and showers. Patio furniture is filthy, old plastic stuff that looks like they dug it out of the trash. Couldn't use the dishwasher for half the week because it would overflow the kitchen sink because the garbage disposal was clogged up. The one freezer didn't freeze and we lost a lot of ice cream. Burned out porch lights on the stairway and under the house. Spent a whole afternoon wiping doors and walls getting dirt and handprints off. But other than that it was great. We did like how close the house was to everything. If they would put a little bit of time into maintenance this would definitely be a five star.
