Beautiful Condo!

My husband and I booked this condo for a week to bring my mother back to the beach after her cancer treatment last year, along with two other family members, and we really enjoyed the stay! This was the nicest condo we have stayed at and loved the views and how bright and new everything looked. The location is great and it's quick to get to the Garden City pier either by car or a walk on the beach. A tropical storm from Hurricane Helene hit us late in the week, but it didn't last long and we were able to enjoy our last day and a half regardless. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Paradise Found!!

Our family visits the Garden City Beach/Murrells Inlet area a few times a year. This is our favorite property! We have stayed in several condos over the years, but returned to 703 the most. We have zero complaints! Everything from the decor, to the amenities (the Kuerig coffee maker is an awesome perk!), to the cleanliness of the condo, to the ease of check-in was perfect. We stayed two weeks this summer and had one minor issue with the air conditioning. Our hosts addressed it immediately and everything was fixed before we even left the beach for the day! Roger and Beth are wonderful owners, who are very responsive. We can’t wait to return to this condo again next year!

Walked in front door and got the view of the ocean. WOW. Beautiful place. Slept real well. Enjoyed seeing the sunrise on the balcony. Pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Really want to go back sometime.
