Great spot for family gatherings
House is in a great location and the views are fantastic! Sets up well for large families and groups. The back deck is amazing. We had a blast with our family. Only negative is the house itself wasn’t as clean day 1 as we expected and we spent a lot of time cleaning to feel comfortable otherwise I would have given this a 5.

Relaxing Ocean Front
We enjoyed our home away from home. Being able to walk right onto the beach from the house with a newborn was awesome! The Beach wasn’t crowded and plenty space to play with a two year old and not worry about bothering anyone. Everything was just perfect for our family! We will be back!!

We arrived engaged and left married!! This house was absolutely perfect and a paradise for us! They provided all linens needed.
Saw dolphins every single day and we will be returning for anniversaries in the future, hands down!
Only recommendation we have is better lighting at the steps towards the beach but that's minor as this place has everything with a view!
Thank you for everything as words cannot express our heartfelt gratitude!!

Best family vacation ever!
We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at New Beginnings. We had not had a Beach vacation for five years and this house, location and great weather surpassed all our expectations. We were all comfortable and happy, and the fact that we could bring our dog made it even . There were a few minor problems but they were quickly solved. We love the location and will likely try to rent it again next summer.
