Our entire condo is on the first floor with no stairs between your car and the condo entrance. The condo has water views of the large pond from every window. Enjoy the many on-campus amenities and world class golfing in walking distance. Easily visit the beach, SC best 4+ star restaurants, and the botanic gardens in a short 7 min drive. Great Location

The condo was in a great location to everything on the Island, and yet isolated from all the commercial activities of Route 17. The condo was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. It was a most enjoyable stay.

2023 family vacation

The place was beautiful. You didn’t need to bring anything except your clothes. It has the toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent any appliance that you and dishes,Bowls, silverware Everything was very close stores. The only complaint I do have is the housekeeper constantly coming and bothering you and tell you not to do this and not to do that by the end of the time we just ignored her and didn’t listen to her. But definitely will go back

My family and I enjoyed staying in this condo. The neighborhood is beautiful and very clean and convenient to area groceries, restaurant and entertainment. My kids enjoyed the pool as well.

Beware of nasty neighbors and no outdoor area for multi family

This place is beautiful on the inside..management is great at communicating even gave us a third parking pass..But it’s three bedrooms and we had a big family so this is just for a place to eat inside and sleep..no outdoor space for a big family function and the neighbors/ house keep is constantly watching and waiting outside to correct you at what you’re doing..must be quite at all times..no music outside or inside, we even invited one of them to play a game and eat with our fam and she got upset and hit my brother in law on top of that bombarded in as we were packing and straightening up to get ready to go home to point out every little detail just rude.
