Wonderful condo! Beautifully decorated!

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. It was clean and beautiful. Great location to restaurants shops, and fun attractions! We enjoyed our time!

View is Perfect

Our family of 6 stayed here for a week and we had plenty of room. This condo has been updated and had everything we needed and more. The elevator key was new to us, but we had 2 sets so it all worked out. The view from the 16th floor was perfect. You could see everything. If I had to change anything, I would add ceiling fans to the bedrooms. We had such a great time and If we are ever back in The area we will be booking again.

We loved the convenience of our room to beach. Standing on the balcony from the 16th floor made us feel like we were on a cruise ship looking out over the ocean. We started off being a little nervous being that high, but ended up getting comfortable and loving it. Enjoyed the quietness of our location. Very peaceful! The only thing we would suggest changing would be to add ceiling fans. It did get a little warm through the night, but other than that 100% in love with this place. We will be returning. Thank you!

Great condo great view!

Clean for most part. Doors didnt lock in rooms. Ceiling leaked after storm. Check in process was terrible, wasnt told office was offsite or address of office to get keys then no elevator instructions n we had 9 prople. Not well laid out.

1602 Royal Garden

To call this a “ penthouse” was kind of stretching it but it was an good average beach condo. Having to have an extra key which didn’t work in all elevators, to reach the top floor was a pain. We were only given one elevator key for the three of us so if we were not all together it became a problem. Communication with managers was poor. Some didn’t seem to know what what going on and their info sometimes conflicted with Emails. ( linens are provided but no extra charge as first indicated). We were told a couple days before arriving that the pool would not be available due to repairs. Then someone else said pools were both working fine. Parking was not a problem although I did receive a “ warning” because my tire was barely over the line. Beware! It would have been nice to have a keyless entry and not have to check in and out at another location. There was a maintenance man who was extremely sweet and helpful with the elevator and pushing our luggage rack. Wish I had gotten his name.
