Stayed twice on a recent trip south and back from our home in WI. Dogs absolutely loved the property. Kevin is extremely welcoming, fresh cookies warm from the oven were a treat. Bed is very comfortable. We've always stayed at a place off of the I in past trips, this was so much more peaceful, and enjoyable for the dogs.

This was my second visit at Peace on the Prairie Too and it was just as cozy and welcoming as the first. The house is extremely clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with not just necessities, but extra touches. It's a joy to have such a lovely place to stay with my dog and to be able to get off the road and into the beautiful prairie surrounded by trees, flowers, and birds. The place is really comfortable, and the trails and nature around are perfect for exploring, especially with my dog. It was so easy to relax and just enjoy the quiet. Great spot if you want a break from it all and don’t want to worry about leaving your pet behind. Definitely recommend!

My dog thought it was Disneyland!

We loved the little house and had everything we needed. The cookies were delicious! The family member that was happiest of all was the dog who ran up and down the trails with utter joy!!!
