The house is located 200 m to the beach, less than 5 minutes walking from the house. Perfect for a walk on the beach. In proximity of the house there are a shopping centers, pharmacy, a play area for children, restaurants and more amenities to enjoy this beautiful place. In addition, the house is situated near the natural park s'Albufera where we find a lot of different species of birds. Ideal for a day out with family or friends.
The house has 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 living room-dining room with a dinning table for 6 people, 1 kitchen, 2 terraces in the ground floor and 2 little terraces in the first floor. Furthermore, the covered terrace where you enter the house is the ideal spot to enjoy great outdoors lunches and dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and crockery, glassware, cooking utensils, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
