Ein sehr unseriöses Unternehmen! Wir (Eltern mit zwei kleinen Kindern) haben ein Wochenende- zwei Übernachtungen die Ferienwohnung Casa Mondo in Murnau gebucht und im Vorfeld bezahlt! Beim Check in wurde uns vorab mitgeteilt, dass wir die Wohnung ab 16 Uhr beziehen können. Den PIN für die Wohnungstür wurde per Mail zugeschickt. Nur leider war das Schloss defekt und uns wurde per Mail wieder mitgeteilt, dass die Wohnung zwischen 18-19 Uhr beziehbar sei und uns jemand den Schlüssel bringt. Allerdings kam niemand und um 20 Uhr war auch niemand mehr zu erreichen! Wir mussten uns dann schließlich eine andere Unterkunft spät abends suchen! Am nächsten Tag hat sich das Unternehmen um 10 Uhr per Mail gemeldet und mitgeteilt, dass nun Schlüssel da wären. Allerdings wollten wir dann wegen einer Nacht auch nicht mehr „umziehen“ und wieder auf den Schlüssel warten. Schließlich wollten wir ein schönes Wochenende dort verbringen. Die volle Erstattung vom Preis der Ferienwohnung haben wir auch nicht bekommen. Über 50 hat die Firma einbehalten ohne Grund! Auf Anfrage habe ich keine Rückmeldung erhalten!

Sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, schöne Ausstattung, große helle Zimmer, toll renoviert. Direkt im Herzen Murnaus, Ladestation für eAutos in der Nähe. Bequeme Doppelbetten, 1,60 m breit. Toller Blick über die Dächer, Wohnung liegt im 3. OG. Nachteil: keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit in den Schlafräumen
