Central holiday home in the countryside for families with and without pets

Our city villa in modern construction, lovingly furnished with individual pieces, is ideal for family reunions and relaxed vacations in a dream setting with retreat opportunities for all fellow travelers.
The house offers space over three floors and is in its own garden, which is only for our guests. Parking in the carport and directly in front of the house - the location 5 minutes from Murnau's pedestrian zone and 10 minutes on foot from Lake Staffelsee.
When you arrive, expect freshly made beds, enough towels, a fully equipped kitchen and a basement room with a washing machine and dryer. The grill is in the shed, firewood for cozy hours is at the door. If you are with us, you do not need a car, shops are 5 minutes away, the local recreation areas, the Staffelsee and the Murnauer Moss are within walking distance.

Practical and comfortable accomodation

A great house for an extended family gathering from different countries Excellent location for access to Munich and the Alpine resorts. Murnau is beautiful in its own right too. Something for everyone! The house is practical and spacious.

Urlaub mit Freunden

Frau Klier ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, bei Fragen oder anderen Angelegenheiten ist sie stets erreichbar und kümmert sich sofort. Das Haus ist richtig gut gelegen, das passt sehr gut zur Beschreibung, allerdings liebevoll eingerichtet ist es nicht so ganz, der Garten bzw. die Terrasse ist nicht eingezäunt und die Feuerstelle nicht nutzbar. Und noch zu erwähnen, Vorsicht, in der Nachbarschaft ist doch bitte die Nachtruhe ab 22 Uhr einzuhalten sowie das Licht im Haus zu dämmen oder gar ganz auszuschalten. Im großen und ganzen haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und für uns als gute Freunde gut nutzbar, auch durch die Durchgangsschlafzimmer akzeptabel. Eine Toilette im Erdgeschoss wäre richtig gut gewesen.

Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis

An sich ist das Haus gut ausgestattet. Allerdings empfinden wir, als häufige Ferienhausnutzer, das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht angemessen. Dem "Charme" der offenen Betonbauweise kombiniert mit den Möbeln und eher un gemütlichen Lichtquellen, konnten wir nicht so sehr viel abgewinnen. Aber das mag Geschmackssache sein. Manche Möbel sind jedoch auch sehr in die Jahre gekommen (rotes 2-Sitzer-Sofa im Wohnraum mit deutlichen Rissen im Stoff). Betten: Bett im Durchgangszimmer im UG quietscht. Liegequalität in beiden Betten in den Durchgangszimmern (UG und 1.OG) ist eher schlecht. Auch Kleinigkeiten, wie z. B. abgerissene Bändel bei den Auflagen der Gartenmöbel, passen nicht zum doch gehobenen Preis der Unterkunft. Leider war aus der Beschreibung des Hauses nicht ersichtlich, dass das 2. Zimmer im OG auch ein Durchgangszimmer und zusätzlich noch offen zum Treppenhaus und somit zum Wohnbereich ist. Auch die Ausschreibung mit 3 Bädern ist etwas irreführend. Im Grunde sind es 2 Bäder, wovon eines eine getrennte Toilette hat. Hier haben wir einen Spiegel über dem Waschtisch vermisst. Den Kamin haben wir sehr genossen. Wir hoffen, Sie verstehen die Hinweise als konstruktiv und nicht als kritisch. Freundliche Grüße senden Familie Rihm & co.

Gemütlichkeit

Die Fotos waren sehr geschmeichelt. Die 2 Toiletten befanden sich im 1.OG und im Keller. Im EG. waren weder eine Dusche noch eine Toilette. Für Raucher gab es keinen überdachten Ort. Die Wohnung war insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet aber das bezahlte Geld nicht wert.

Traumurlaub in Murnau

Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Lage am Parkrand und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt oder zum See. Die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien und Geschirr ist sehr reichlich und gut. Allerdings gibt es nur eine Gartenliege. Für 3 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde gibt es mehr als genug Platz. Leider ist der Garten nicht eingezäunt. Die Zimmer sind in Ausstattung und Komfort sehr unterschiedlich. Ein Bett steht in einem Durchgangszimmer zur Dusche und ist eigentlich nicht nutzbar. Zwei weitere Zimmer liegen im Keller. Auch hier muss man durch ein Zimmer hindurch, um in das andere zu kommen. Dafür hat das "Elternschlafzimmer" sogar noch eine schöne Dachterrasse. Das Haus ist sehr gut für eine Großfamilie mit Hund geeignet. Vermisst haben wir eine Ablage in der Dusche und besonders die Damen einen gut beleuchteten Spiegel. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Murnau. Nicht zuletzt auch wegen dem fantastischen Wetter

Toller Urlaub am Staffelsee

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa. Haus ist großzügig ausgestattet und toll gelegen. Das Design gefiel uns sehr gut. Es gäbe kleinere Möglichkeiten etwas zu verbessern, aber alles in allem kann man hier eine tolle Zeit verbringen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Wir haben einen kurzen Urlaub über Silvester dort verbracht und sind sehr zu Frieden. Es gibt nicht zu Bemängeln. Die Lage ist gut, Bahnhof, Restaurants Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle Fussweite. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut, uns wurde sofort geholfen und alle Fragen direkt beantwortet, vielen Dank.

Sehr schön

Wir haben wieder eine tolle Zeit in der Stadtvilla verbracht. Es ist ein perfektes Haus für Familien und man kann gut zusammen essen entweder im Garten oder am großen Küchentisch. Die Einrichtung ist modern und geschmackvoll so daß es sich anfühlt wie ein "Home from Home". Frau Klier kümmert sich um ihre Gäste auf eine sehr liebenswerte Art und wir wollen im nächsten Jahr wieder da sein.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir waren über Silvester für 4 Nächte mit 8 Personen dort und haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gut und komfortabel eingerichtet Alle Räume waren sehr gut temperiert. Im Wohnzimmer/ Aufenthaltsbereich haben wir auch gerne den Kaminofen genutzt. Einkaufsgelegenheiten ( Lebensmittel / Bäckerei ) sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Bei Vollbelegung sollte man vielleicht berücksichtigen, dass bei den beiden Schlafzimmern im UG und 1 Schlafzimmer im OG jeweils offene Grundriße vorzufinden sind, also offene Räume für vorbeilaufende Mitbewohner.

Super Kueche und super Einrichtung!

Ein tolles grossflaechiges Haus mit entspannter Atmosphaere. Es eignet sich sehr gut fuer Familien oder enge Freunde. Es hat leider den Nachteil, dass es ein Durchlaufzimmer gibt in dem sich Dusche und Toillette befinden. Es war toll mit Kindern da es den Keller gibt. Der Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke und die Umgebung ist sehr schoen angelegt. Man kann grillen und ein Lagerfeuer machen.
