Great staff and facilities but very disappointed with lack of air conditioning, very small room, very dimly lit, had to use my phone torch to try and get the air conditioner working to no avail and use torch to see the numbers on the safe. Very overpriced. Although our second visit we will be weighing up the options before returning again

The property has been recently renovated with a nice bathroom and spacious interior. The desk and reception staff were terrific however the cleaning staff ignored our sign to clean the room. The only other complaint is that the mattress on the king sized bed sloped toward the outside on both sides of the bed. This was particularly annoying when we were trying to read.

The hotel is generally nice, but a few things could be improved: The fan in the bathroom. It turns on and off automatically and sounds like a jet engine. It ran for 20 min when I had not showered and one hour when I had. I stopped turning on the lights to avoid setting off the noise. My travel companion in another room had the same problem. Lights in the room are very dim, which is fine for relaxing, but not so great for packing and finding ones stuff in a hurry etc. The cafe was very nice, but this and the reception is only open 7-20, which means it is impossible to buy an early or late hot beverage, but there is also no kettle in the room. This was not great for me, but probably works fine for others.

A) Kamer is ronduit donker. Er is weinig verlichting , slechts één bureaulamp en twee lampen bij het bed en een LED verlichting bij de bed-achterwand. Lijkt wel of ze de bedrading naar het plafond zijn vergeten door te trekken want aan het plafond is geen enkele lamp. B) De internet foto waarop het type kamer is uitgekozen vonden wij niet overeenkomen met wat wij kregen. Toegang tot een veranda/balkon. Prima temperatuur in de kamer geregeld. IJskastje in de kamer is een pré. Alleen een Senseokoffieappraat. Voor het zetten van thee kregen wij een warmwaterketel te leen. Erg vriendelijk. WiFi internet is redelijk. C) Duur ontbijt, zodat wij besloten om de hoek bij een broodjes- en koffiezaak gewoon te ontbijten voor hele vriendelijke prijzen. D) Moderne maar erg kleine badkamer met toch ruime inloopdouche. De ventilator slaat aan wanneer het licht aangaat, maar houdt pas na 15 min. op na uitschakeling. E) Parkeren in de parkeergarage AegidiiMarkt pal tegenover. € 18,00 per dag. F) Meteen in het centrum alles op loopafstand, restaurants, winkelcentrum etc.

Tolles Hotel in toller Lage

Das Hotel liegt hervorragend. Von hier aus ist alles zu Fuß oder mit Öffis zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und saun aber. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder buchen
