Pine Hill Cabin lies tucked away on a hill behind the city of Munising. A genuine locally sourced white pine log cabin, Pine Hill provides 4 BR/ 2 BA and nearly 2700 sf on 5 acres, close to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, sitting on Snowmobile/ATV trail 419, and ready to act as your basecamp for all the UP has to offer!

Spacious cabin and all the comforts of home, comfortably sleep 10-12 depending on configuration in Bunk Room, which is two Bunks featuring Twins over Queens. Basic amenities provided including linens and towels. Free access to washer/dryer lower level. Dishwasher, microwave, fridge, ice maker, stove, oven, toaster, blender, small bar nook. Portable AC Units in Bedrooms ONLY during summer months. WE DO NOT HAVE CENTRAL AIR, June to August each of the bedrooms has a portable window unit

Spacious and Comfy Munising Cabin

The Pine Hill Cabin was perfect for our winter family getaway. The home is close to town and Pictured Rocks, but offers a lot of quiet and privacy. The furnishings are very comfortable. The appliances are awesome, and the kitchen is well stocked. Our kids enjoyed eating and playing games at the huge table. The hosts were very helpful, and super responsive. We will stay here again.

Great spot for a sled trip

Met some family from out of state that hasn’t rode the UP before. Found this place and quickly reserved it and it did not disappoint! It’s secluded to feel like you’re in your own world but close enough if you needed to run into town it’s close by. The trails were 1/2 mile or so from the house with an easy on off access. If you like to stay in munising then this is a great place to stay.

AMAZING!!

We are so incredibly grateful to Jay and Sarah for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home. The check in process was so easy!!! They were in contact with us days before we arrived, helped us the moment we arrived with checking in, and communicated all throw our stay with much needed information and assistance. The home is very well located. Munising is a jog away and yet you still feel like you are off the beaten path. It was quiet and felt very homey. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking to sight see Munising or even anyone looking to get away and stay in a secluded place for a few days. Pure Michigan fabulous rental

Amazing amenities everything we needed for a sisters week. Fabulous fire pit with plenty of star gazing. The heated floors were an added bonus. Great UP HQ

Property was clean, came as advertised, and was well thought out (down to the digital guidebook). It served as a phenomenal place to gather for food and sleep before heading out for hikes, photography, kayaking, and golf in the UP. Munising serves as a great gateway to Lake Superior and the heart of the UP and this was a great place to stay and spend time with friends in between adventures.

Awesome UP cabin!

This cabin was perfect for our 3 families with kids as a home base for activities in the Munising area. The home was very clean, nicely renovated, and well-appointed. The photos do not do it justice! The great room is huge with plenty of space for us to spread out by the fire, watching movies on the large TV, or reading in the little nook. A second living are downstairs with another TV, space for games and puzzles, floor space for yoga, etc. The kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed. We enjoyed the fire pit outside and the kids ran around the spacious yard. Location was great - felt remote but a very short drive to grocery store, restaurants, and hiking. Communication with the owners was prompt, friendly, and helpful (even though they were out of the country they checked in with me to make sure we had everything we needed). They left detailed instructions for the home in a binder and through an app. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the Munising area and will stay here again if we come back up!

Perfect winter family getaway! ❄️

What a wonderful cabin! Absolutely perfect for our family, and for enjoying the beauty of the U.P. in winter. We loved the fireplace/living area, and the fire pit out back. Lots of things to do indoors and out. And the property was very clean. The owners were also very gracious, working with us as we encountered some winter weather the day of the trip. Great communication all around. We hope to be back soon!

Great Cabin close to downtown Munising

This property was just perfect! It was in a great location just outside of downtown Munising and it was cozy and clean. We were two families with parents and kids ages 10-16 and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time at the cabin. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and Sarah and Jay were great communicators. It you love Munising as much as we do, I would highly recommend staying at Pine Hill. You won't regret it!

What a beautiful home to feel comfortable in while exploring the UP! Everything was very clean and well maintained and the owners went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kids loved the extra outdoor space to run and play in. They have the best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a VRBO. We had no complaints and a great experience.

We had a wonderful experience at the Pine Hill Cabin! Jay and Sarah are excellent hosts, communication was great. The property was clean and well stocked. The cabin was spacious and worked well for our 2 families with kids ranging in age from 12 to 16. The location was excellent, close to downtown Munising and close to Pictured Rocks destinations. Family Snowmobile Trip

This property was very clean, accommodating, and was located in a quiet, beautiful setting. The only negative was that the driveway had more slope than expected...and was very challenging to back up two 24-27 foot trailers in icy conditions. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying here.
