We stayed for three nights in October. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked. Our room was lovely and had convenient amenities. We loved our stay at the Wunderlocke and would definitely stay again!

The basic room is quite small but cleverly designed. We found the bed uncomfortable and after 5 nights both had bad backs. It’s sort of on the floor on one side. Our room also smelt mouldy quite often and there was a bad drainage smell downstairs on the reception level. On the positive side it’s cheap and close to the Metro/city.

Booked this hotel last minute when our AirBnB ended up being terrible. 2 adults and 2 children in one of the family rooms. The space was small for a 10-day stay but the space was utilized very well! Plenty of options nearby for food and about 20 min to Munich HBF, including the walk to the train station. We will stay here the next time we find ourselves in Munich!
