The room was small, but clean and modern, and it looked like it was newly renovated, and it was nice that I had complementary drinks inside the bar. There were two bottles of beer and a seltzer water and in Stillwater and an apple juice kind of bottled water and I also got up a bottle of wine, although I didn’t drink it. The staff seemed very nice and welcoming. The bar in the lobby was small but they had a cocktail there that I absolutely loved. I loved it so much. I ordered a second one I didn’t eat at the restaurant or use spot services. The thing that made me upset was that I booked up a shuttle from the hotel for a ride from the airport to the hotel, but I wasn’t informed that it was gonna cost me $175 which is 145 or €150 if I had known that I would just book an Uber, so BEWARE!

Very concerning that I posted this review on google and the hotel had it taken down when it was an honest 4 star review based on 6 nights I spent there. So now I’ll post it through Expedia so there is no doubt that I actually stayed here. The hotel is in an excellent location. Many tourist attractions are within walking distance. The lobby is beautiful and we enjoyed drinks at the hotel’s bar. The staff members were friendly and helpful. As far the room, they accidentally gave us someone else’s room at first, which was one of the suites. That room was gorgeous. When we got to our room (a classic double room), we were naturally a bit disappointed. The room was clean overall (aside from sticky residue on one of the night stands). The bathroom was also spacious. The design of the room was off though. The TV was far too big for where it was placed in the room, was very crooked because it didn’t fit, and there were many scuff marks on the walls. The heat was not the greatest either. I’d recommend the hotel mainly because of its location. If you’re in a suite, you will definitely enjoy the hotel. But if you’re in a normal room, you won’t be all that impressed.

The rooms are clean and very nice updated bathrooms. Some of the furniture is older, but that adds to the charm. It also had a great breakfast and friendly bar staff. It is not a 5 star hotel but I would most definitely stay here again and recommend it. The location in old town is absolutely perfect

Beautiful central hotel. 2 couples staying in superior suites and they were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Bar staff and cocktails were excellent. Breakfast was fresh and varied.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The room was fantastic and comfy. We were lucky and could look out our window to watch parade goers getting ready and perform for the Oktoberfest parade. Wonderful location to everything! Highly recommend.

Great location! Very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was quite good with a variety of options but pricey at €34. Shower was my only negative - the drain was slow and the shower pan was shallow so I had to cut off the shower to avoid overflow. Plus, it didn’t keep an even temperature. I’d visit again for sure.
