The room was poor. TV broken, window opening broken, room boiling hot - no phone to call reception. No kettle/tea drink making facilities. 'complimentary drinks' were sparkling water and two sweet/sugary drinks. Informed reception of broken TV no-one cared/bothered to fix it. Asked reception how to cool the room with no opening window, the man on reception said I needed to go in to the fuse box in the room and turn the whole heating/electrics system off by toggling fuses! Shower also broke on second day, had to shower in freezing cold water, and the soap wasn't refilled, so no soap on second day too! Awful!!!

We loved this hotel, and especially the excellent service provided by the friendly staff. Our room was delightful. We want to especially thank Peter, who went out of his way to assist us on our travels. The breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend this property.

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is very nice… not conveniently located in Munich… but the staff actually made this place worth staying at. Lydia, one of the staff at the concierge bent over backwards for our party and was super accommodating. We were incredibly impressed with her professionalism, charm and hospitality and would recommend this place to any traveler based on her performance alone!

Der Teppich im Flur war komplett dreckig, das Bad war verschimmelt, der Teppich im Zimmer war ebenfalls dreckig. Die Möbel im Zimmer waren komplett abgewetzt. Das bei diesem Preis einfach nur schlecht.

I had a problematic experience. Three room changes: first room air condition broken and they let me wait more than 90 minutes sweating before I understood that there is no technician in place. Moved me to a second room with a safe stuck and moved to a third room with a safe broken. It took me 2.5 hours to get a working room the forth one. Poor maintenance ruin the potential of this beautiful hotel.

The property definitely requires urgent renovation. Though it is economy segment it doesn’t worth the price. Amenities broken, carpets have spots, the drain stinks.

Havde vi vidst at badeværelset ikke er afskærmet, men åbent ind til værelset, havde vi ikke valgt dette hotel. Vi kom 3 voksene der gerne ville kunne bade ugenert! Vi boede på 1. sal - ud til stor trafikeret vej og over restauranten - der var trafikstøj og vi kunne høre musikken nede fra restauranten. Ingen aircondition kun en luftblæser så 30 gr. på værelset! Morgenmad ok.

If you like cold showers and bed bugs, you'll like the Innside by Melia. You can take a hot shower but only before 7am because after that all the hot water has been used. I was forced to take a cold shower. The front desk didn't care, expressing the attitude that the boiler couldn't keep up with demand and that there was nothing they could do. I was scheduled to stay a week and was forced to leave my duties at a trade show to return to the Melia and check out to find another hotel. Also, we were bitten by bed bugs. It was an awful experience.
