The room is not the same as the picture shown. We booked 3X standard double room for 5 pax, and ended up getting 2X standard double room and a deluxe single room. However, the double rooms did not meet expectations as the furnitures are old, and our air-cond was not functioning and only provided a portable fan/heater. Overall, we did not enjoy the stay at the hotel.

Comfy bed, lovely staff, nice room, good shower Wish the room had a tea/ coffee Kettle station The cleaners only make bed and replace towels which is explained on an ‘environmental saving’ card? However would’ve been nice if they did a bit more of a clean as we had dirty cutlery / cups etc & were staying for 4 nights The location was amazing for accessing everything especially as we were walking most places Is in a downtown street - great for the kebab shops but also wouldn’t walk there alone at night as many strip clubs and lots of groups of men hanging about Overall happy with stay and made up by the staff who are so nice, would stay again!

Location was good for getting to the hauptbahnhof. We did find a bug in the bathroom, I will spare you the variety 😬 but to be expected in an old building, maybe pest control was due soon. Like most big cities, around the train station is a little less desirable and shady characters but didn’t feel unsafe just a bit wary. The breakfast was great. Bed was very hard in a couple of the rooms we stayed as we had 3 rooms booked for family. Price was good.

EXCELLENT HOTEL. WE GOT TO THE HOTEL AT 10:35 PM. WE WENT OUT TO LOOK FOR SOMETHING TO EAT. THE PEOPLE WHO WE SAW OUTSIDE WERE MOSTLY DRUNK AND DANGEROUS. DURING THE DAYTIME THE QUALITY OF PEOPLE CHANGED AND IT WAS NOT THE SAME PEOPLE AS WE SAW AT NIGHT NEXT TO THE HOTEL. DURING THE DAYTIME, IT WAS GREAT TO ROAM AROUND THE CENTER OF MUNICH AND VERY SAFE.
