While the apartment was lovely and conveniently located, the situation with the hot water was not good. I have texted Tanja twice to see if we could be compensated for having no hot water the first night and morning, as well as having to reset the heater by going into less than comfortable places to reset the system on our own, but I have not received any response. While I understand that the heat Germany had in August and the shutting down of the hot water heater was not Tanja's fault, I would appreciate some compensation for the inconvenience, as we did pay I good amount for our stay. I would be happy with the waiving of the cleaning fee, especially since I believe you would agree we were neat guests. Thank you for considering. Dee Ann
