- **Living Room:** The modern living area can easily be converted into an additional bedroom with a sofa bed.

-**Kitchen:** The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired.
It includes a microwave, coffee maker, dishes, a modern oven with stovetop, a dishwasher, a range hood, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Perfect for preparing delicious meals and feeling right at home.

- **Bathroom:** The modern bathroom directly in the apartment is equipped with a bathtub and shower combination, a sink, a toilet, and a mirrored cabinet, offering additional storage space. In the basement there is an additional shared bathroom with a shower / WC.

- **Laundry Facilities:** Guests can use washing machines and dryers located in the basement, marked with the label "Dusatko."

These are available during the day but cannot be used between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM out of consideration for quiet hours in Germany—perfect for longer stays and added convenience.

A parking spot is available in the courtyard. Additionally, there are 3 garages if you have more than one car.

Bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, and a dish towel are always included. Everything—bed linens, final cleaning, etc.—is included in the price!

**Location**

The apartment is in an excellent yet quiet location in Dachau. Although Dachau train station is only a 2-minute walk away, the lovely courtyard ensures a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

In the immediate vicinity, you will find numerous shops and amenities to make your daily life easier: EDEKA supermarket, restaurants, banks, a pharmacy, inns, bakeries, clothing stores, a health food supermarket, and a stationery store—all within walking distance.

Nature lovers will also enjoy the area: In just a few minutes, you can reach the picturesque Dachau Palace and Courtyard Garden, perfect for a leisurely stroll.
