Stay was decent but nothing extraordinary. It didn’t come across as a 4 star hotel more a 3.5 or 3 star. They didn’t have any luggage storage facility. The pillows were also useless.

Being right by the U was very convenient. The staff were very helpful with a last minute reservation change during Oktoberfest. They also were able to bring a space heater and extra blankets for the cold.

Overall, the hotel was nice, clean and close to a U-Bahn station. I had the breakfast a few times and it was good with dietary options available. However, a big reason I booked with ACHAT was their laundry access, which they actually do not have. When I asked the front desk they said they used to have laundry, but no longer. I was directed to a laundromat near by, which I spent an hour trying to find on foot and on Google, but ended up having to take the U-Bahn to the nearest laundromat. Not what I wanted to do on my trip to Munich. It’s fine not having the laundry in house, but it should not be advertised on Expedia, if that is the case.

There was evidence of possible bedbug issues. Reported it to the front desk, but they did not take it seriously. Had to book a different hotel last minute instead. Refund request was refused. Do not recommend.

Nice clean hotel, very close to metro with frequent service to the city centre. Spacious room. A kettle and some tea/ coffee would have been wonderful. Very good value for money.

El hotel muy bien. Zona tranquila aunque lejos del centro pero con facil accesibilidad ya q tiene metro directo desde el hotel, la parada de metro esta a pocos metros. El aire acondicionado no es muy bueno, pasamos un poco de calor.

The property was close to the tram. Unfortunately the room was not suitable for three people as booked. We booked for three people and weren’t notified that there would not be a second bed until too late to cancel the check in. Had to ask for shampoo, batteries for the remote, and towels. Room was not cleaned.

Sad hotel with good marketing but all bad

Avoid this hotel. In 20 plus years of traveling to Munich, I have often considered staying at this hotel and never did until now. It turns out I wasn't missing anything. The rooms are incredibly basic, very poorly lit, and showing age. The mini fridge did not work and clearly had not worked for a long time. I would say the service was poor, but there was no service to speak of. They only offer housekeeping on demand. Meaning you have to call during housekeeping hours to ask for service. The advertised restaurant on site no longer operates, all you can get is pizza from the bar. The breakfast is also incredibly basic and has no variety. Stay someplace else unless you have no option. Even then, try to find an option that cost €30 more a night... You won't regret it.
