I missed my flight due to visa issues and this hotel did not issue a refund. I also heard from my friend who end up going and staying there that the breakfast was horrible and the pictures did not look like the real thing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. As a matter of fact my friend ended up switching hotels because the stay here was not good

When we walked in the hotel it was welcoming and the staff was very helpful. We were offered a breakfast and dinner all you can eat option. The dinner was a delicious surprise. The hotel has onsen and they are included with your stay but it was very busy and had many children. We stayed the weekend. The rooms are a bit outdated and the beds are Japanese style. It’s about 40 min away from Fukuoka. There is golfing and surfing near by.

A wonderful stay by the sea…excellent onsen.

Loved our stay. Superb staff and service. Onsen excellent with comfortable relaxation area. Very quiet with a view of ocean. Lounge was wonderful…everyone spent time there enjoying complimentary snack, beer (afternoon) and scotch etc in evening. Most were in their yukatas after visiting onsen. Only suggestion…rooms need updating and bathrooms. However they were clean and comfortable.
