This cosy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, open plan 1st level apartment overlooks the beautiful Lake Mulwala Lagoon and adjoining swimming pool with its relaxing surrounds.

Located on the first level in the Cypress Complex, the alfresco area looks out over the swimming pool making it so easy to keep an eye on the kids!

Cypress Drive Apartments have use of the resort complex swimming pools with large shade sails for comfort. There is also a communal electric BBQ for guest use.

The location is perfect for families being within walking distance to Tunz-a-Fun Mini Golf and Amusement Park, the Yarrawonga foreshore, water slide and water park, Yarrawonga town centre and the Mulwala Water Ski Club.

Tv need upgrading very old couldn’t get all the channels or any apps like Kayo etc to watch sport, balcony needed a mop very sticky with drink spills and lots cob webs
