When we attempted to check into the Royal Mansion Hotel, the manager said he had moved us to a branch facility, the DE Shalimar Hotel. This hotel was very dirty. We had to change rooms because the first one was full of mold on the walls. The second room was dirty, even the bedsheets were soiled. The room was extremely noisy, and the food was terrible. We pre-paid three times more per night for the Royal Mansion than the DE Shalimar charged. I demanded a full refund, but the Royal Mansion refused to give any refund. The hotel is a scam.
