We had an exceptional stay in the wonderful city of Multan, thanks to the amazing staff who took great care of my family and me. Our every need was met with exceptional service. Room size is falsely advertised. Room size was advertised 829sq ft but the room itself wasn't more than 300 sq ft. I have stayed in this hotel few times in the past and decided to get Business room with king size bed and price was almost double than a standard room. This was extreme disappointment and they used false marketing to have guest pay for more without giving them what they paid.

As per Multan standard, it was good but for someone comparing with US then it was below average in cleaning and condition of the room. Breakfast buffet was the best thing of this hotel. Service was good and they have same employees for years. Although, they do need to have a proper communication when message is left at the front desk. Room cleanliness needs some attention. Sewer odor in washroom. Washroom needed repairs and updates.
