1. Unprofessional Customer Service: During my check-in, the front desk staff began assisting me but abruptly paused to help another guest who interrupted twice to report an issue with her room key. A similar situation occurred during check-out—another guest suddenly interrupted, and once again, the staff prioritized that guest over me. Allowing others to cut in line and disregarding the guest currently being helped is unprofessional and reflects poor service. Unfortunately, this lack of courtesy and proper service occurred during both check in and check out. 2.Room Not Properly Stocked Upon entering my room, I noticed that both the body wash, shampoo and tissue box were nearly empty. I contacted the front desk to request a refill. A staff member came to the room and informed me that housekeeping was unavailable and asked if I could wait until the following day. This was unacceptable, as these basic amenities should be replenished before a new guest checks in. When I insisted a second time, the staff eventually refilled the items but did so with an impatient and dismissive attitude. 3. Undisclosed Parking Fee and Rude Response I was charged a parking fee that was never mentioned during check-in or check-out. When I called to inquire, a supervisor answered and responded rudely, asking, “CAN’T YOU READ? The policy is online.” He failed to address my concerns and hung up while I was still speaking. This lack of transparency and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable.

Quiet with a great bed. Lots of restaurants in the area but all require a car to get to. Breakfast was a nice touch but the floor! The floor in the breakfast room was sticky!

Great location and views of the lake were awesome. The highway is right next to hotel so loud all the time. The breakfast was a big disappointment and the breakfast area is far too small and cramped.

Very nice property, I did not realize it was so close off the highway so a bit of traffic noise but it was not unusual for us. The only recommendation is to lock outside doors after hours. It was a very nice stay
