Young receptionist very nice And friendly.
The woman seemed like she was the manager quick to dismiss us. Not so friendly. Didnt make us feel welcome.

"Great location. Breakfast staff were wonderful. We were upgraded for free to a city view room, which was great. Only problem was that the bathroom intermittently smelled of cigarette smoke for no obvious reason."
