Suites nice, but annoying check in.

First checkin, the window shade was broken in the otherwise nice suite. I was temporarily charged more for a downgrade replacement room (the non suite rooms are not nice). That room also had a broken window shade. The third room was back in a suite, and was very comfortable. This process was ridiculous though.
