This charming cottage with a swimming pool in Mouriès has a lovely enclosed garden of 750 m², beautifully flowered and wooded, with an electric gate.

The garden is fitted with: A pleasant swimming pool (8x4m, depth of 1.50 m), with a security system of Alarm type. It is accessible by steps. (open from April to end of October from 8am to 10pm)

A lovely wooden terrace welcomes you, for good moments of relaxation, fitted with sunbeds, parasol and chairs1 private and shaded terrace (20 m²) facing the kitchen, with dining table, chairs, sofa and hammock,

The owners live in another house, adjacent to this one. The swimming pool is not used by the owners.

This charming villa with a swimming pool in Mouriès is on one level. It is brand new, carefully decorated. It has a living area of 90 m².
