They advertise cribs available and roll away beds and it’s not true, they do not have them available. Our room had fruit flies and shower water would randomly go super cold mid shower

It was a good stay. Definitely recommend noise cancellation plugs if you are a light sleeper. But I slept like a baby. Charging station on site was best. Carpet very old, take sleepers.

Room was like a Motel 6 in the 70s, very loud road noise, but what can you expect when the freeway is across the street. Room was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Not a luxury hotel, but it gave me everything I needed. I would stay here again

We were only there one night. The man at the front desk was quite friendly and helpful at check-in. The room was clean and spacious; breakfast was good. No complaints except that you advertised laundry facilities, which we were counting on, and we were told they were not working. We ended up driving to a laundomat to wash clothes.

It was good for our one night stay for a concert. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The nearby road was a little loud in the morning but I get up early so it wasn't a problem for me. The breakfast was decent. The only thing that was a problem was that the ice machine was broken.

The room appeared to have been recently remodeled very clean. Friendly desk staff but very in efficient customers needs and requests BIG ISSUES: There was only 1 chair for someone to sit on (my wife was also a guest) The Telephone did not work if there had been an emergency we could not have called the front desk for help MAJOR SAFETY VIOLATION.. The bed is way to high off the ground and is almost impossible to see the TV because its to low unless you sit upright in the bed.(NO CHAIRS)!! When going to the office to report the chairs & phone the Desk person said she would address the issues but could not get the phone fixed. I had to go out to the Patio to get a second chair. As I mentioned no table for such a large room only a desk in the corner. VERY POOR DESIGN LAYOUT FOR GUESTS. Flooring is way to slippery for anyone wearing socks. Needs an area rug for safety issues. The buffett breakfast was also dissappointing little selection and on short supply. No onsite worker to get more eggs / meat and bread products. OJ was also out. Overall Very dissappointing for a Ramada. Would not recomend.

Loved the location of the property. A bit of wear and tear in the rooms and the bathroom would get a bit stuffy when showering but other than that it was a good place to sleep for 2 nights.
