Approximately 2,400 sq. ft. of living space includes elegant living room and dining room, full kitchen and breakfast room and 'sunroom'. All windows have beautiful lake view. There are plenty of places to relax and unwind. A large covered rear deck runs full length of house with outdoor furniture and large dinner table perfect for watching beautiful sunsets over the lake. Popular area recreational attractions include swimming, boating, hiking and fishing. Vacationers can rent wave runners, pontoon or fishing boats on the lake. Conveniently located near Mountain Home, Arkansas which offers easy shopping and many restaurants. The owner lives on site on a separate lower level and is available to assist when needed.
