I booked this hotel without looking into it much. From the moment we walked through the doors I know we had found a special little hotel. The staff were so welcoming and genuinely warm. They walked us to our room for the night through a little mini orchard of Citrus trees. The room was incredible for the price I paid. The breakfast was also excellent. Can’t rate this place highly enough. Excellenza

The property was in a convenient location for public transport users. The ruins were a 20 minute walk away. The rooms have recently been updated and are modern and comfortable. Some have terraces. The staff are brilliant always friendly and smiling and very helpful in every way.

Great family overnight to visit Pompei ruins

Hotel was perfect for what we wanted. We walked to Pompei ruins, about 10min walk. Staff were so lovely. Happy to help. Bathroom was good for one night, but we do prefer shower without a curtain- water goes everywhere! Otherwise no complaints. Highly recommend.

We stayed in 2 triple rooms as a family of 6. This was our last night in Italy with an early flight out from Naples. We were 20 min to the airport without traffic and the hotel staff helped arrange private transportation. The hotel was very clean and staff were very welcoming and friendly. It was a great location, very close to the piazza as well as walkable to one of the entrances to tour Pompeii.

This was such good value for money. The hotel was clean and the staff were absolutely lovely. We were travelling with a 2 year old and the outside space with play house and slide was perfect. We would love to visit again in the future.

Our stay here was excellent right from check in. The staff were friendly and showed us to a lovely room. Clean, tidy and very nice bathroom and shower. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of cereals, fruit, ham, croissants etc. and they make you a fresh drink from coffee to hot chocolate while you eat. We loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived in Pompei late at night and it was good that this hotel is only 2 minute walk from Pompei train station. It's only a10 minute walk to the southeast Pompeii entrance. Our room looks newly renovated with high ceiling. Rooms looks better in person than the photos. They even helped me book a private shuttle to Positano.

654 / 5,000 Il personale del Diana Pompei è stato molto disponibile con noi. Avevamo una bella stanza nell'edificio adiacente. Alcuni degli ospiti intorno a noi erano rumorosi quella notte. Non era colpa dell'hotel. Sembrava che l'intero edificio fosse stato ristrutturato di recente, poiché tutto era dipinto di bianco brillante, senza opere d'arte o ornamenti ancora. Era un posto sicuro in cui soggiornare in una zona che non sembrava essere sicura come altri posti che abbiamo visitato. I taxi erano costosi qui, ma la posizione dell'hotel era in un buon posto per poter camminare e vedere le attrazioni. La colazione era solo OK; potrebbe essere migliorata. Ci è piaciuto il ristorante dietro l'angolo e ci siamo andati due volte!

Rooms are tiny. ‘Triple’ is what we booked, but if there were 3 people there would be no room for bags (we had to use the twin bed). They were doing demolition on the other side of our wall, pounding non-stop all day. You almost had to sit on the toilet to close bathroom door, and shower was smaller than a phone booth.
